Serves: 6 people

Ingredients:
Vegetables:

1 big
Grated bottle Gourd squeeze out water.
Dairy Products:
·
Khoya - 1/4
cup
·
Ghee - 2
tblsp
·
1 cup-milk
( full cream)
Spices:
·
Green cardamom
powdered - ¼ tsp
Dry:
·
Sugar - 1
cup
Dry fruits: As per
choice
Method:
1)
In a vessel add ghee add grated dudhi and saute for 3-4 min.

Then add the milk to that and stir till the
milk is dry. Keep stirring intermittently
so that the halwa does not stick to the bottom of the pan. It will take about 10-15
mins to cook.
3)
Add
suga , stir and let the mixture dry out completely.
4)
Then
add khoya to that.
5)
Take
it off from the flame and add cardamom powder and mix well.
6)
Finally
add the cashews and almond for garnish .
Serves: 6 people
Can be served chilled or warm according to preference.
