8 slices white
bread, crusts removed
Poultry
·
2 cooked
chicken breasts, roughly chopped (You can also shred )
Vegetable
·
2
teaspoons lemon juice.
·
1/3 cup
chopped fresh salad leaves (or u can add herbs of your taste)
Seasoning
·
salt and
cracked black pepper (as per taste)
Other
·
150g (1/2
cup) whole egg mayonnaise.
Method:
1) Combine the chicken, mayonnaise, lemon
juice, salad leaves, salt and pepper in a bowl.
2) Spoon the mixture over half the bread slice,
then top with the remaining slices.
3) Slice each sandwich into 4 equal portion.
4) And it’s ready to be served.
Serves: 4 people
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
