Ingredients:
Vegetables:

Grated
pumpkin - 4 cups
Dairy Products:

Mawa - 6
tblsp
·
Ghee - 2
tblsp
Spices:
·
Green cardamom
powdered - ¼ tsp
Dry:
·
Sugar - 1
cup
Method:
1)
In a vessel cook together pumpkin, sugar,
green cardamom powder and cook till the pumpkin is nicely cooked.
2)
Then add the ghee to that and stir.
3)
Once done add mawa and cook it for some more time.
4)
Finally
add the cashews and almond for garnish .
Serves: 6 people
Can be served hot or cold according to preference.
