Chocolate Cake






I love making this cake over and over again as alot of my friends and family relish this cake. Mostly I make it on their request. 

This is one of my exclusive recipes.

So let’s begin!


Ingredients:-

Dry

· 1 cup Refined Flour (Maida)

· 1 cup Drinking coco powder

Dairy product

· 100gms salted butter

Refrigerated

· 3 eggs (room temperature)

Other

· 1 Cup milk chocolate





Method:-


1) Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute, get it out and stir.


2) Into the melted chocolate add butter; put it back into the microwave for 1 min.


3) Let the chocolate and butter cool and get to room temperature


4) To that mixture we need to add egg, but the egg will go one by one( egg-beat the mixture- 2nd egg- beat well- 3rd egg beat) and let it rest.


5) Into a big bowl (depending on the quantity your making) add all the dry ingredients, add the cup of refined flower to that add a cup of drinking coco powder.


6) To the dry ingredient add the egg, chocolate and the butter mixture and beat it will till the batter is smooth.


7) Into a silicon moulds add the mixture and microwaves it for 10-15 min.


8) Poke a knife into the cake after 10 mins and check, if the knife comes out clean the cake is ready if not put it back into the microwave for another 5 mins.


9) Your delicious cake is ready !!!



Serves: 8-10 people



Can be served hot with melted chocolate or cold dusted with icing sugar



P.S:- Once you try this recipe you will probably make it over and over again.
