Finger Rolls



Ingredients:

Bakery products
·         6 slices white bread, crusts removed

Vegetables
·         Onion – 1 small, finely chopped
·         Ginger – 1 tsp
·         Cabbage,Carrot & Beans – 1/2 cup, finely chopped

Spices
·         Garam Masala – 1 teaspoon
·         Pepper powder – 1-2 teaspoon
·         Curry leaves

Taster maker
·         Chicken taste maker – 2 small cubes

Fish
·         Cooked & Minced Tuna – 1/2 cup

Poultry
·         Egg white – 1

Other
·         Oil
·         Breadcrumbs – 1/2 cup

Method:
1)      Sprinkle some water over the bread slices and crumble them.

2)      Sauté all the vegetable and tuna till it becomes soft.

3)      Now add at the spices and tastemaker it the mix.

4)      Once it is cooled, combine the sautéed ingredients with the crumbled bread slices.

5)      Take a small portion from this mix and roll it in finger shape.

6)      Add a tablespoon of water to the egg white & beat well.

7)      Dip each of the roll in egg white & coat with bread crumbs.


8)      Deep fry the finger rolls.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup.

You can also use minced meat instead of tuna. If chicken tastemaker is added, no additional salt is required for the preparation.
